The IT Recruiter’s main responsibilities will be to headhunt candidates to fill permanent and contractual mandates. The person will be in contact with the best talents and will have to maintain a pool of professionals specialized in IT. He/She will be asked to propose new job opportunities to candidates while maintaining a strong lasting relationship with them.
Maintain an IT expert status in the recruiting market;
Implement different recruitment strategies using different tools;
Ensure constant follow-up with candidates;
Work closely with other recruiters and managers to achieve the desired results;
Support the directors in various recruitment mandates.
