Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Recruiter’s main responsibilities will be to headhunt candidates to fill permanent and contractual mandates. The person will be in contact with the best talents and will have to maintain a pool of professionals specialized in IT. He/She will be asked to propose new job opportunities to candidates while maintaining a strong lasting relationship with them.

MORE PRECISELY

Maintain an IT expert status in the recruiting market;

Implement different recruitment strategies using different tools;

Ensure constant follow-up with candidates;

Work closely with other recruiters and managers to achieve the desired results;

Support the directors in various recruitment mandates.

Profile

  • 1+ year experience as a Recruiter
  • 1+ year of IT experience or in software sales
  • Experience in a recruitment firm, a major asset
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of an ATS such as Taleo, CV Manager, etc. (Zoho an asset)
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Sense of initiative, creativity and autonomy
  • Ability to analyze, adapt and develop relationships
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Bilingual (French and English) in oral and written form.
